I have learned a lot about self-limiting beliefs lately. From speaking to people about this topic, I have come to the conclusion that our self-limiting beliefs can be as dangerous as the negative comments from others. See, the problem is that there is a point in life when we believe what others say about us. Or it may be that negative feelings were ingrained in us as we were growing up and slowly, they became part of our reality. These self-limiting beliefs can be blunt but they can also be subtle; either way they undermine us and in fact, can be toxic.
Words are something that we receive an abundance of on a daily basis. They also hold a lot of power and have a great influence on our life. Unfortunately we don’t apply these words to make the best of living life to its fullest. We all enjoy hearing living life quotes because they make us pay attention as they seem to be words of wisdom. It’s as if there is something magical about them. Knowing this we still miss out on applying the power of this wisdom to set or change our paths in life.
Today I want to discuss the root cause of making mistakes. In our daily life we often commit mistakes. After committing mistakes we feel guilty about those. Instead of paying attention to mere mistakes, we need to focus on root cause. If we introspect, then we can find the root cause of making mistakes. Let us see the possible reasons of making mistakes.

Learning to foster a positive thinking attitude should be an integral part of any educational system, however it seems that most are oblivious to the real power that a positive mind has on creating a joyful and stress-free life.
Recently, a colleague asked me how I faced my fears when I started my life coaches association and I really had to stop and think about it. I asked her what kind of fears was she thinking of. She replied, “fear of no one signing up (rejection), fear of making a mistake, fear of looking stupid, and fear of not appearing professional.
It is a new month and that means we have another 31 days to come closer to our dreams and goals that we have.
The issue is simple, control. One must control their mind to release positive or negative thoughts to change negative intents into more successful and vested conclusions.
Do you have a tendency to destroy good things in your life?
I am sure you have a bright idea concealed somewhere in the back of your head that you simply can not wait to test out. Naturally, you are not the only one with a bright idea. So what motivates you to churn those creative juices? It is usually best to set up your own goal where you can do the most in record time, perhaps like racing around the turf in 60 minutes before the important game.
A correct and positive perspective in whatever you do will make things less complicated, and even pleasant. Below are some pointers to make it through the week, whether or not you are just sitting on your couch.
An concept requires time to form in your head, and is always at work while you are busy sitting. Having a little bit of positive thinking will help you realize things that are never thought done. (more…)
