			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have learned a lot about self-limiting beliefs lately. From speaking to people about this topic, I have come to the conclusion that our self-limiting beliefs can be as dangerous as the negative comments from others. See, the problem is that there is a point in life when we believe what others say about us. Or it may be that negative feelings were ingrained in us as we were growing up and slowly, they became part of our reality. These self-limiting beliefs can be blunt but they can also be subtle; either way they undermine us and in fact, can be toxic.</p>
<p><span id="more-215"></span>
<p>Self-limiting beliefs come in all sizes and shapes. They &#8216;attack&#8217; us a work, at home, at public functions, in the grocery store. Ultimately, self-limiting beliefs come through in our minds in unexpected ways, yet clearly manifesting insecurities, doubts, fears and ultimately impacting our ability to enjoy life, relationships and making us incapable of being all we can be. Examples may be: &#8220;I&#8217;m not good at that&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;ve never been able to&#8230;&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;m too old/young for that&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;m too fat/skinny&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;m not that smart&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>These thoughts/beliefs can creep up anywhere and there are two major reasons for you to get rid of them, right away:</p>
<p>a. They are like a virus, they spread affecting every area of our life. Before we know it, our inner sense of wealth, health, relationships, life balance, etc. are skewed by the convincing nature of the belief.</p>
<p>b. Others are watching. Our loved ones are directly influenced by what we do and say&#8230;and what we do not do or say. We are role models to others and when others see our lack of confidence or our limited vision in whatever area, they will follow on our same path hence self-limiting beliefs are contagious.</p>
<p>I love what Richard Bach said &#8220;Sooner or later, those who win are those who think they can.&#8221; So let&#8217;s start nipping those thoughts by confronting them. Face the fear, the difficulty, the challenge; search within for the solution and once you catch yourself expressing one of those self-limiting beliefs, deny them. Correct yourself in the moment and tell yourself that you are now aware that you are different and that you can do whatever you put your mind and soul to.</p>
<p>My theory is that a powerful, fulfilling life starts with a great state of mind. Choose to be in the moment, present and enjoying every moment. Make a point to actually feel and experience your journey. Each experience has a message for you, make it your business to discover what that is. You can choose to have a positive attitude, one that reflects good health, prosperity, joy and balance. I truly believe that these shift will lead you to a life that you are creating for yourself and that you can be passionate about. Start today, start now.</p>

Instead of paying attention to mere mistakes, we need to focus on root cause. If we introspect, then we can find the root cause of making mistakes. Let us see the possible reasons of making mistakes.</p>

<p>One reason of making mistakes is our Negative attitude. Under the influence of negativity, we commit more and more mistakes. Situation is not too bad but due to our negative attitude we misinterpret the situation. Committing suicide is one of the examples of being negative. People commit suicide because their thinking is clouded by negative thoughts. They cannot see good things in any situation. Once you are not ready to accept life as it comes, you tend to go low and negative.</p>
<p>Other reason of making mistake is our limited thinking. We do not have far-sightedness to see the situation. We concentrate only on short-term. Once we develop far-sightedness, then our chances of committing mistakes are low.</p>
<p>Fear is negative human nature. We commit mistakes because we have fear in our mind. When we are in fear, our thinking is very much negative that we cannot see things or circumstances as they are. We tend to misread the situation and we invite mistakes to ruin our present.</p>
<p>Up to now we have discussed only about ways of doing mistakes! Now we will discuss ways to overcome mistakes. First thing, if we do not want to do mistakes, then very important is we have to stay calm and happy all the time. If we are cheerful and blissful all the time, then there will be no chances to commit mistakes.</p>
<p>Second important thing is always stay positive. Only a negative thinker can do mistakes. It is futile to regret or brood on any situation. Positive thinker can make wonders. Whenever we are in positive attitude, we are more powerful than situation. Once we become powerful then there is no chance of mistake.</p>
<p>Third and last (but not the least) we should love our self boundlessly. If by any chance we commit mistake, then try to develop that guts to forgive our self. No matter if we do a million mistakes, then also we need to forgive our self, and move on.</p>
<p>To sum up, I want to tell that always learn from mistakes.We should only inform by our past but not get influenced by it. This is a key to Success.</p>

<p>There are many advantages that can be gained by simply thinking positive thoughts. One such advantage is the important role it plays in daily stress management. Our ability to cope with stress is to a certain extent governed by our outlook on life. Generally, the more positive outlook on life that we have, the greater our stress coping ability will be.</p>
<p>Is the glass half full or half empty? Your outlook on life will influence the ease of which you handle life turmoil and to a certain extent, it will also determine your mental as well as physical well-being. An optimistic person will generally be healthier, more resilient in the face of life trauma and when unfortunate event strikes, he will be able to bounce back more quickly than the person with pessimistic attitude.</p>
<p>What is positive thinking? It is the ability to look out for the best while confronted with life unpleasantness, instead of letting one&#8217;s thought sinking into the doom and gloom scenario. It is not an attempt to ignore life&#8217;s unpleasant situation but to face it with the attitude that thing is going to get better.</p>

It won&#8217;t be an easy process to transform one&#8217;s outlook from negative to positive. Only through willingness to change and the desire for the better can a person successfully go through this mental transformation process.</li>

<li>Another effective method is to surround oneself with positive people. Positive people will give you encouragement and provide support in your journey whereas people with negative outlook will tend to pull you down further.</li>

<li>Positive self-talk. Every second, your mind will be filled with either positive or negative thoughts. Be aware of your thoughts. If you are feeling stressed, down or dejected, this implies that you are currently allowing negative thoughts to roam through your mind. Once aware, try to let go of the negativity and to supplant it with some positive spin to it. This is a constant battle between positive versus negative thoughts. You need to ensure that your positive thought will eventually win the battle.</li>

<li>Leading a healthy life style. Engage yourself with activities that will bring advantageous effect to you mental and physical well-being. For mental health, consider meditation, yoga. Whereas for physical health, try to do a regular exercise such as three times a week as well as pay close attention to the food that you are eating.</li>
<p>Like anything else, practice leads to betterment. If you are feeling stressed and negative at the moment, practice self-acceptance as well as being gentle towards yourself. Avoid blaming, complaining and justification of any negative situation. Don&#8217;t feel guilty or bad that you are feeling negative about certain things. She replied, &#8220;fear of no one signing up (rejection), fear of making a mistake, fear of looking stupid, and fear of not appearing professional.</p>

<p>I had to admit that I had all of those thoughts but I knew what I wanted to do and I just forged ahead with it. &#8220;Feel the fear and do it anyway&#8221; was my motto.</p>
<p>So let me ask you&#8230; what are you afraid of? What fears are preventing you from moving forward with your dreams, or doing your great work? If you can identify them, you are on your way to overcoming them. Then think about the following:</p>
<p>Was Donald Trump afraid of looking stupid when he went bankrupt the first time?<br />
<br />Was Princess Diana afraid of making a mistake when she divorced Prince Charles?<br />
<br />Was Abe Lincoln afraid of looking amateurish as President when he refused to allow the southern states to secede from the union?<br />
<br />Was Gandhi afraid of looking stupid when he went on a hunger strike?<br />
<br />Was Mark Zuckerberg afraid no one would sign up when he started Facebook?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sure you can think of more examples and the answer to all of these questions is no. All of these people did what they knew they had to do regardless of the consequences. They believed in themselves and they believed in their dream. And this is what you need to do in order to overcome your fears. When you look at it that way it isn&#8217;t so hard.</p>
<p>Believing in yourself and believing in your dreams should be easy. Instead of focusing on fear, focus on your passions, goals, and desires. It&#8217;s just a matter of shifting your attention, which is the great Law of Attraction technique. Attracting what you want is based on what you have your attention on. It&#8217;s not that hard to shift your attention, is it?</p>
<p>Of course not! This is how you overcome your fears. Identify them, face them openly, acknowledging them, and then shift your attention to what you need to do and take inspired action.</p>
<p>Remember that all successful people had many failures before they became successful. That&#8217;s because they took action that they felt compelled to take in spite of their fears and misgivings. When they failed, they used it as a learning curve, or stepping stone to the success they desired. Don&#8217;t be intimidated by successful people, be inspired by them. Face your fears and get on with your great work.</p>
<p>The world will not be complete unless you share the gifts you came here with, and act on your hunches and gut feelings as to what you came here to do. Listen to your inner guidance and follow your dream into your own reality. When you believe in yourself, you can trust the Universe to work everything out for you.</p>

<p>Last time we spoke quite a bit on &#8220;limiting Beliefs&#8221;. Let us continue in that direction. Once you recognize a limiting belief then you can do something about it and take positive action. Start with the exercise of ELIMINATING NEGATIVE THINKING FROM YOUR LIFE FOR THE NEXT 30DAYS. Let us make August the month for eliminating negativity from our lives. Whenever a limiting belief enters your mind &#8220;turn it around.&#8221; For example you may have random thoughts that you are never going to accomplish your Goal that you have set and you begin to feel really low and carry a negative vibe; instantly turn that feeling around and really feel that you have accomplished it by using the tool I gave you a few days ago &#8211; VISUALIZATION WITH EMOTION. &#8220;Visualize that you have achieved that goal already&#8221; and it will act as an instant PICK ME UP.</p>
<p>The next thing we can do is to have a DREAM BOOK. This is a book only for you where you put down all your dreams; big and small. Then write down what is stopping you from achieving that dream and get it out of the way by eliminating excuses and stop blaming other people for your failures and frustrations. Take responsibility and move ahead.</p>
<p>Here are a few things you can do to eliminate &#8220;limiting beliefs.&#8221;</p>
<p>1. Positive affirmations &#8211; for example &#8211; I love myself and I deserve to lose weight and look and feel fabulous.</p>
<p>2. Choose to look for the bright side of every situation even when things are not going your way. I have done this so many times and initially it was challenging and almost seems like you are mocking yourself because you are going through a bad patch but you have to push through that &#8220;reality&#8221; and see the good part of that bad situation. Everything has two sides to it.</p>
<p>3. This next one is in my book the most important strategy for me and works every time. It is &#8220;prayer and meditation.&#8221; Talk to God and he will answer you back through signs in your daily life. Meditation is how you can connect with God and it also will ease your soul and mind.</p>
<p>4. Focus on what you want. In spite of everything that goes on in your life never lose focus of what is important to you. Nobody has a perfect life but the difference between the successful and the failures is FOCUS AND DETERMINATION.</p>
<p>5. Keep a Dream book. Please refer to the paragraph above.</p>

<p>Some are naturally optimistic and find each cup full of life. They tend to define events in more visual and reactive ways than that of a pessimistic persona. An optimist will analyze situations more thoroughly and focus more in a desirable outcome in order to achieve the highest level of any and every result.</p>
<p>Optimists do not dwell or worry, yet they will visualize and analyze situations more thoroughly to reap desired results. They believe in their actions, while setting aside fear from the overall objective that prevents abundance.</p>
<p>Pessimists will have fear, doubt or worry when something is out of their control, even when situations cannot be altered. Their belief of what is really possible to achieve is halted by adverse affects from the lack of mental strength and an open mind.</p>
<p>Pessimism individuals see obvious restraints to projects or issues, rather than looking beyond in order to see obvious solutions. Maybe a pessimistic attitude gives the meaning to &#8220;ignorance is bliss&#8221;. They prevent gathering facts to bring favorable events into play by failing to see beyond their own assumptions.</p>
<p>How can pessimism dissolve for optimism to burst forward?</p>
<p>Baby steps may be the best solution by simple changes to improve overall negativity for achievement of ever lasting results to come true.</p>
<p>This may sound easier said than done; however, one must begin to identify pro&#8217;s and con&#8217;s for each circumstance encountered. Set standards for determining a fresh mind for events. Raise the inner bar to improve words and thoughts into ongoing actions until the desired result is achieved.</p>
<p>Weigh benefits with solutions to prevent failure from the start before assuming the conclusion is deemed unsuccessful. Diving in for higher standards must be bargained within the mind by changing all &#8220;impossible&#8221; ideas into the possible.</p>
<p>One great way to get the boat moving is to document the overall purpose to solve specific problems occurring at the moment. Brainstorm the most beneficial, successful outcomes inclined to fit your needs, wants, and demands.</p>
<p>Document each step taken to get from point A to B by using your problem-solving capabilities. This needs to be detail-oriented documentation to understand if a mistake is made, it is okay and you are able to retrace where the issue lies. Be thorough and efficient through this process to attain the results wanting to see blossom.</p>
<p>The most difficult concept to gain optimism is keeping the will alive to have appreciation for overall work taken place when it seems so much easier to give up. Know the sole purpose of why and how solutions need to have beneficial results for personal and profession well-being. Stay focused by visualizing gratification upon completion. Remember each step forward is one step closer to significant rewards.</p>
<p>Aside from gathering solutions to issues with a fresh and positive mentality, there must grace towards each day by looking at the good you are surrounded by. If areas regarding work, home, or general day-to-day life are found to have room for improvement, then great, put forth actions to improve the well-being of those areas in your life as well.</p>
<p>Smile each day and look at the World as if it was your last day to be placed within its beauty. What can you improve, change, or even embrace right now to better welcome positive influences in life and within all that surrounds you?</p>
<p>Remind yourselves every problem has a solution. How one chooses to solve issues with positive reinforcement to gather the most productive actions that will reach the most beneficial rewards.</p>

<p>There are many different ways that people destroy good things in their lives, but it usually starts with their thoughts. For example, you might get a fabulous job, and then you start to think &#8220;This is too good to be true; I just know I&#8217;m going to blow it!&#8221; With thoughts like this, you will be too insecure to ask questions, and so you will not learn; you will be too anxious and tense to develop a good rapport with your colleagues; and you will project an image of incompetence to your boss. And so, you will sabotage your chances of success.</p>
<p>Imagine if instead, you had thoughts like &#8220;Wow, this is a great opportunity. I may not know everything about this job yet, but I know I can learn quickly, and I know I&#8217;ll do well!&#8221; Now you will be happy and relaxed with your colleagues, you will be willing to ask questions, and your boss will see you as a person who is optimistic and constantly learning. With an attitude like this, your success will be easy.</p>
<p>This clearly illustrates the power of your thoughts.</p>
<p>You may say that your thoughts tend to be negative, but thought patterns are just habits and habits can be changed. Here is a technique that my clients have used to change to a positive, learning mindset&#8230;</p>
<p>Start by watching your thoughts &#8211; catch them as they zoom by &#8211; and for each thought, ask yourself &#8220;Is this thought dragging me down or is it positively moving me forward?&#8221; If it&#8217;s a fear-based thought that drags you down, reformulate it into a thought that takes you to a positive place. For example, if you&#8217;re asked to write a report on a topic you know nothing about, instead of thinking &#8220;Eeek! I can&#8217;t do this!&#8221;, change it to &#8220;This is so exciting! I can learn about something completely new!&#8221;</p>
<p>You can take this even farther and notice that even when seemingly negative things happen, you can formulate positive thoughts by asking &#8220;What can I learn from this? What is the opportunity?&#8221; For example, if you lose your job, you can think &#8220;This is just what I needed to get myself into a new job that I really like!&#8221;</p>
<p>Eventually you will become adept at formulating thoughts based on a positive, learning mindset quickly and you will notice that positive thoughts will start to come up automatically. And when your habitual thoughts change, so will your life!</p>

Rather than reacting, commit to acting from your heart and soul, out of <strong>love</strong> instead of fear. <p>- Recognise and embrace the idea that <strong>each moment is ideal</strong> without regard for its result. Each time you think of something that appears impossible, why don&#8217;t you give it a try and see whether it&#8217;ll work. You&#8217;ll be shocked to see that there are more techniques to get the task done in time. If you&#8217;re not happy with the end result, choose to use that moment to make the proper changes to make it right.</p>
<p>- Dwell in your own <strong>appreciation</strong>. Learn how to exploit what you have in your hands and use it in the most helpful way. Sliding into neediness will become less of a habit when you regularly shift toward appreciation, and away from a miserable way of thinking.</p>
<p>- Employ the <strong>method</strong> of Recognise / Reevaluate / Revive, and not the Shoulda / Woulda / Coulda windstorm. The previous is based on information and profusion, while the second is focused on emptiness and neediness. As you are facing people or jobs that may appear harder than climbing Mount Everest, make yourself understand that the task is of the same importance as giving out orders to your subordinates.</p>
<p>- Keep humor at hand &#8211; <strong>have a laugh with yourself</strong>! You might find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! I&#8217;m yet to see a comic ever go hungry, although his jokes are as old as Earth itself. Life has too much to offer to let you wallow in self-pity. Humor is extraordinarily fascinating, terribly keen: life-giving.</p>
<p>- Believe you&#8217;re the <strong>designer of your destiny</strong>. Nobody can take your future away from you! Create your life credibly. So long as there&#8217;s still breath in your body, there is not any end to how much you can achieve in an entire life.</p>
<p>The idea of <strong>thinking large</strong> is all about enjoying your work, which would lead straight to hold a celebration for a discovery that&#8217;s born in your hands. Watch everything flow into place with ideal, keen precision. It&#8217;s engaging how everyone gets wallowed up by something as insignificant as learning how to utilize a PC, these days that top PC corporations are producing software so easy that even youngsters can use it. I do not mean to be pompous, but that is the concept of having no positive thinking in your life &#8211; you&#8217;ll just finish up as a dim bulb in a dark corner.</p>
