It’s amazing that some people seem to have everything yet are unhappy and conversely, others who seem to be in tough shape are happy and have a very positive outlook on life. Whether you are happy or not in large part depends on you, your makeup, your attitude, and so forth. There are some things however we can do to increase our level and happiness, and quality of life. A positive attitude is essential to success in any endeavor. We all know this, but generally fail to see that our lives are punished by negativity from every side. We receive nearly 100 negative messages for every positive message everyday. If you don’t believe me, run your own test. Just keep a tally as you go through the day.
Recently, a colleague asked me how I faced my fears when I started my life coaches association and I really had to stop and think about it. I asked her what kind of fears was she thinking of. She replied, “fear of no one signing up (rejection), fear of making a mistake, fear of looking stupid, and fear of not appearing professional.
There’s no better way to start your day than by participating in a few positive thinking activities. Now, most of us follow a routine in the morning. We wake up, brush our teeth, eat breakfast, take a bath, etc.
